wow I love food.
breakfast:
- greek yogurt w/ almonds, strawberries, banana, and raspberries
snack:
- homemade banana muffin
lunch:
- greek salad (tomato, cucumber, feta, greek dressing, olives, orange bell pepper)
snack:
- smoothie (vanilla soy milk, spinach, matcha green tea powder, mango, raspberries, yogurt)
dinner:
- popcorn (a full microwave popper full. I was hungry.)
- a handful of walnuts, and a few craisins
- whole wheat black bean & garlic chips with homemade salsa
- a few cherry tomatoes
- a small piece of dark chocolate
Now I’m having cinnamon tea with lots of milk.
I just get so excited about fresh food and healthy food and I love eating. I’m glad I chose to be a dietitian. I hope it all works out. :)
